    About This Supplement

    A rich source of Vitamin A and Vitamin D

    Cod Liver Oil differs from other fish oils because it is a nutrient rich source of Vitamin A and Vitamin D, while these vitamins are naturally present in the oil we have enriched our capsules with additional vitamin A and D to ensure they contain 100% NRV of both these vitamins. Vitamin A contributes to maintenance of normal skin, mucous membranes and vision while Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones, teeth and muscle function. Both vitamins contribute to the normal function of the our immune systems.

    Cod Liver Oil contains the important essential fatty acids EPA and DHA.  Essential fatty acids cannot be made sufficiently within the body therefore they must be obtained from your diet.

    Tested for safe heavy metal levels

    All our Cod Liver Oil products are carefully tested to Regulatory standards to ensure that they contain safe levels of heavy metals such as Cadmium, Mercury and Lead.

    If you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy 

    It is not recommended to take more than 800mg of Vitamin A supplementation per day if you are pregnant or likely to become pregnant without the advice of a doctor or antenatal clinic. If this is of your concern, we have an alternative fish oil that may be worth considering: Omega-3.

    Have previously purchased a years supply when needed but noticed this time that i could do a repeat order. (only hope i will be here to receive them next year.

    Do they work? Think so as i will be 79 at Christmas and still enjoying life, not sure how much that is down to the capsules butwill carry on in case.

    and as this is only my second years purchase my review is limited.
    Having said that i can honestly say that deliveries have been on time as promised and this time i actually forgot some details of my previous order and your young lady who answered my call was very helpful and patient with me.
    I am now 74 years of age and have been taking these capsules as part of my daily diet for many years (only found you recently) and recommend them to anybody as a long term vitamin.
