What is Vitamin K?

Vitamin K refers to a group of fat-soluble vitamins, used by the body in a number of processes, including blood coagulation and bone formation.

Vitamin K comes in several forms - the main ones being K1 or K2. Vitamin K1, also known as phylloquinone, is found in leafy green vegetables.

Vitamin K1 is converted into Menaquinones, or Vitamin K2, by bacteria in the gut. The most common of these Menaquinones are MK-4 and MK-7.

Secondly, we have selected a unique red capsule-shell (vegetarian and naturally-coloured of course!) that will help shield the contents from light - which could degrade the Natural Vitamin K2 material within.

Found on website after intense research 🧐 helps with the prevention of osteoporosis teamed with calcium this prevent this terrible brittle bone (osteoporosis) 5 university different countries research confirms this. Or there is an injection you can have instead of the dangerous acid tablets for people with weak tummies from GP. I am undergoing density test after op by NHS So will see if five countries are right. Must take at least 800 mg of calcium tablets. With Vit 2 = 2 tablets (as MK-7)
Product: I am taking it with 800 mg calcium for slowing down my osteoarthritis. The NHS drug alendronic acid is not good to take if you a weak stomach in fact it is dangerous!!

Product: Well packaged, easy to swallow. Having diabetes, spinal injuries, arthritis also knocking on in year🤭🤭🤭after consultation with gp, surgeons, physios the range of supplements was suggested. Am very sceptical of off the shelf magical cures also placebo effects. But my pain has eased, inflammation in joints has markedly reduced visibly.

I have often bought supplements in a large heavy glass container and when opened there has been a lump of cotton wool and 30 little pills in the bottom!
I can’t tell you how mad this makes me!
The wastage, just think how many of those glass jars have been produced (at great environmental cost) plus the plastic top of course. Then transported maybe around U.K., often even further afield…..
So your simple lightweight packaging is very much more environmental.
Product: Mainly because I’m old and it is recommended. But basically I’m fit so just preventive.

Since combining these I’ve felt rejuvenated and had a spring in my step - combine this with multi vitamins with probiotics which I chose to replenish my gut after three rounds of antibiotics and covid in feb ‘22. Bought these November and highly recommend after only six weeks. I wanted a better product than the usual brands and will be purchasing again and again. I also avoided the first round of bugs and virus’
