A member of the Vitamin B family, Pantothenic Acid (Vitamin B5) is involved in the normal synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal mental performance.

It also helps to break down the carbohydrates, fats and proteins in foods so they can be utilised by the body, it's role in metabolism means it contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. 

Just Vitamins Pantothenic Acid is supplied in a vegetarian capsule, which provides 550mg of Vitamin B5.

I was suffering from horrible symptoms too numerous to mention, diagnosed by Drs as Multiple Sclerosis which I have never agreed with in knowing that there was another reason for the demyelination, I tracked it down pantothenic acid, so now I am in recovery.. 3months in 🙏🙏🙏😊

I suffer with severe acne and eczema and since taking these supplements I really only have to battle my eczema and my acne scars. Product: I was advised to buy B5 vitamin as I have hair loss and it happened to be vitamin deficiency despite taking hair supplements.... B5 is not found in any multivitamin or B complex supplement, and since I started taking it my hair loss reduced and I have a lots of energy!!! However they are quite big and hard to swallow
