I think this ubiquinol from just vitamins is of very good quality,but it is to early for me
to give an accurate verdict after two weeks of taking them.

Product: I normally take 200mg Q10 daily to give me energy, from another company, however I thought I would try the purer form, ubiquinol, and assumed that 100mg of this would be the equivalent of the higher dosage of Q10. It seems I was wrong, as I have been tired and lacking energy since taking this. It is too expensive to take 2 capsules a day. So I will go back to my regular brand of Q10 which worked for me. One good thing about JV ubiquinol is that it is vegetarian, which is the reason I chose to try this brand, and most ubiquinol is not.
