Our maximum-strength, 2-a-day, combination tablet, containing both Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulphates. Chondroitin is a related compound to Glucosamine and research shows that the combined action of the two may enhance the supplement's efficiency.

Please note that this supplement contains 500mg of actual Glucosamine Sulphate

- which is provided by 700mg of the Glucosamine '2KCl' form, alongside 400mg of high-grade (90% yield) Chondroitin Sulphate.

Just Vitamins only use the finest pharmaceutical-grade Glucosamine Sulphate in our supplements, with the addition of Vitamin C, which contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage. We have also added Manganese to our formula which contributes to the normal formation of connective tissue. Manganese also helps to fight inflammation due to its role in protecting cells from oxidative stress.

Glucosamine levels decrease with age

The body actually makes its own Glucosamine, where it is found in the joints and connective tissues, (it helps to build cartilage) but stocks decrease as we get older, so many people opt to take a supplement long-term.
