I just wanted to give you a bit of a status report from our HQ in Coventry, UK.
We have a number of personal-safety policies in place around Coronavirus that will undoubtedly slow our team down from their usual pace, so please bear with us if dispatches and responses take a little longer than usual.
Our dedicated team is working hard to maintain availability of all of the supplements that we offer - including (very!) in-demand immune-support supplements. At the moment we're suffering some intermittent stock shortages, but we are able to monitor stocks and replenish relatively promptly. We are taking a number of measures to help ensure that there is enough to go around, by reducing the variety of SKUs (product pack sizes & variants) that we offer, so that we can keep the key lines in stock. We're also putting measures in place to prevent bulk-buying, with a maximum of 3 (three) units per item available to purchase. Where we are temporarily out-of-stock of an item, we will try to display an estimated replenishment date and you can request an email notification to let you know it is back and available.
Delivery to the UK seems to be running as normal, with Royal Mail continuing to deliver, although we just ask for some patience and understanding with regards delivery timescales. International deliveries are changing daily, with some of our delivery partners restricting or withdrawing service to territories as the local situation changes. You may find that your delivery country is no temporarily withdrawn as an option in the Shopping Basket, but please rest assured that we will update our available Delivery Country list as the situation recovers.
