Dosage / Suggested Intake
Swallow one to three Cod Liver Oil capsules per day with food, or as directed by your health professional.
* In order to obtain the beneficial effect for brain and eyes a daily intake of 250mg of DHA is required (3 capsules). The beneficial effect for the heart is obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA (2 capsules).
