L-Theanine is an amino acid found predominantly in tea.  When you have a stressful moment or a shock a 'cup of tea' one of the first things that come to mind but why? The reason is thought to be L-Theanine which is believed to promote a calming and relaxing influence.

If you are a coffee drinker it's likely that at some point you will have drunk too much and experienced a 'hyper' effect.  It is very doubtful that you have ever experienced the same thing with tea even though it contains a lot of caffeine and the reason why is thought to be theanine. It is thought that theanine works to offset caffeine's effect but without causing any drowsiness. It is also a supplement which is not known to be addictive.

Delivery was a few days late even after paying £7 for delivery, so i do not recommend getting that.
Product: Taking 3 of these at once alongside coffee. This counterbalances my Asperger's natural passive-anxiety and the coffee increases my focus for work. Generally you should take 2:1 ratio of L-Theanine to Coffee, but if you have much more passive anxiety then the coffee will increase it. So personally I must do 3:1

Product: I only take one in the evening and find this perfect for calmness and relaxation and then restful sleep. Would highly recommend to anyone feeling a little anxious and needing some support.
