Flaxseed is one of nature's richest ‘fish free’ sources of Omega-3 fatty acids, containing a huge proportion of Omega-3 by weight of Alpha Linolenic Acid (ALA), which is converted by the body into EPA and DHA, the Omega-3s found in fish oils.

Helps maintain normal cholesterol

The European Food Standards Agency (EFSA) concluded that a daily intake of 2g of ALA contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. Four capsules of Just Vitamins Flaxseed Oil will provide this beneficial amount of ALA.

Product: I will never rate a health supplement - simply becasue I think individuals have to do more serious research into what they put into their bodies than checking a review, so am only filling in this part of the review because it seems that the first part isn't taken into account unless the second part contains something. The packaging is excellent and, because the supplements are in a pouch rather than a bottle, the package fits through the letterbox and delivery doesn't require anyone to be at home to receive it. I'm giving 5* for the packaging but not rating the product at all and have decide to give it 3* as an average.
JustVitamins - will you please either keep company and product reviews separate or allow the first part to to be taken into account even if the second part is blank, otherwise, although I think your service is excellent, I'll be forced either not to review you at all or give only 1* for part two in fristration!!.
