Bromelain is a supplement containing a rich mix of protein-digesting enzymes, extracted from the stem of fresh pineapples. Food enzymes are found in fresh fruit and vegetables but are 'deactivated' at 48°C - this means cooked foods do not contain any active enzymes.

Our Bromelain supplement had added vitamin C to support the health of your bones and joints.

Guaranteed 1200 GDUs/g enzyme activity

The key component of any Bromelain supplement is the amount of GDUs (gelatin digesting units) that it provides. Each of our 500mg capsules provides 600 GDUs per capsule. Taking two capsules per day will elicit 1200 GDUs from this supplement alone.

Service rating: I 'googled' for Bromelain for my husband. I believe I may have bought from 'Just Vitamins' in the past so was confident. My husband was prescribed them in France, many years ago, after a severe ankle sprain whilst skiing, and combined with pain killers he made a good recovery. This time (now older) he twisted his ankle on the stairs. Although he is resistant to taking any kind of tablets I persuaded him to try again and he was swiftly restored. He said they are 'magic'.

They arrived promptly so service was good, the packagin is easy to open and the website for ordering on line is easy to access. Yes I would order from them again. My only complaint is that I put in a complimentary discount code received by post & it was not recognised.

Service rating: Have used JV for many years - they have never failed to deliver promptly, and on the only occasion that they couldn't complete my order I had an email advising me of the situation. The short fall was filled within a week.
Product: I am intolerant of many pain killers and take this to prevent joint pain, it appears to work well as I can still do gardening - including digging and similar 'heavy' work.

Service rating: Good quality products, promptly delivered even with the free postage.Always reliable quality and thorough information on ingredients; very happy with their Turmeric with Bio-Perine.Very competitive on price-I always check out competitors when buying a new supplement (I have chronic arthritis and experiment with alternative treatments.) Have no hesitation in recommending.
