Our 'Same-Day Dispatch' promise
Occasionally, we all leave things until the last minute and re-ordering our vitamins is no exception. You've just popped your last supplement and now you need some more ... fast!

At Just Vitamins we realise how important it is to receive your order as quickly as possible, that's why we now promise 'Same-Day Dispatch' (Mon - Fri) on all orders received by 1pm.

Please be aware that if you place an order after 1pm and select one of the NextDay delivery services, your goods may not be dispatched until the next working day.

Letterbox-friendly packaging
When you buy vitamins online, we understand that you want to receive them as quickly as possible - that's why we've developed a unique delivery system whereby all of our vitamins and supplements are available in stylish air-tight packs that are designed to fit conveniently through your letter-box. No more bulky tubs means no more post office collections! Some of the larger items may not fit through your letterbox, but this is clearly marked on the product page.
All in all, this ensures you get your order FAST and hassle free!

All orders received by 1pm Monday - Friday are dispatched from Just Vitamins on the same day. Orders received after 1pm (by our clock!) are dispatched on our next working day - this includes orders requesting a 'NextDay' delivery service.

Standard Delivery (approx 3-5 working days)
FREE on orders over £10, otherwise £2.50.

Express Delivery (approx 1-2 working days)
£2.50 on orders over £10, otherwise £5
Although we promise to dispatch when we say, we can't guarantee the timeframes mentioned for Standard and Express delivery (although most do arrive in time). If you require a guaranteed delivery timeframe, then please select a NextDay service, as shown below.

NextDay by 1pm (Guaranteed) deliver Mon-Fri
£7.50 on orders over £10 (otherwise £9.50)
Please be aware that this service only delivers to your address Monday - Friday. If you are ordering on a Friday before 1pm and require a Saturday delivery, then please select the 'NextDay by 1pm deliver Sat' service. Please note that this Saturday service carries a small surchage of £2.50. The NextDay services both require a signature on delivery.

Standard delivery to selected European countries is £4 on all orders. We can't guarantee any timeframe on this, as it will vary based on your location - delivery can take anything up to three weeks. For a quicker, guaranteed service, we have a courier service available through FedEx which can deliver to certain European countries. If this is available for your country, then the option will appear in the Delivery Method list at checkout. Price varies according to location, and delivery will be much quicker than standard delivery.
