    What is Riboflavin?

    Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) is a water-soluble vitamin and a member of the B Vitamins group which is necessary for maintenance of skin and eye health. Our body stores only small amounts of Riboflavin, so it needs to be replenished every day.

    Having a wide variety of uses in the human body, Riboflavin's functions include keeping skin, eyes and the nervous system healthy, helping the body release energy from carbohydrates and reducing tiredness and fatigue. Riboflavin also plays a part in the body's processing of iron and the maintenance of normal red blood cells. 

    In addition to producing energy for the body, riboflavin works as an antioxidant, which helps protect cells from oxidative stress.

    Service rating: Very easy website. It’s a while ago when I first started to take them, but I must have found it on line . And never regretted it.
    Product: I was recommended to take it a few years ago because of visual migraines , and it certainly worked , so I keep taking it . They are very easy to take . Prices are good , and delivery is super fast .Perfect.

    Product: I take high strength Riboflavin to reduce migraines and cluster headaches and with so many other factors I can't be certain if they help or not: I take them in the hope that without them things would be worse.

    I have tried to find the Riboflavin in 2 local pharmacy, but none of them had it, so I was glad to find them here!
    Product: Would prefer a soft gel tablet, but hope they will do the job anyways. I have been taking them for about a month, so early to say how effective they are, but recommended by a doctor for neurological problems, so hope they will help.
