Our highest-strength Vitamin E capsule, providing 1000iu (International Units) of Natural-source Vitamin E (as d alpha tocopherol). This is equivalent to 670mg of Vitamin E in each capsule. This product is best taken for short periods of time, when you need a boost, then switch to a lower strength Vitamin E, such as our 200iu or 400iu capsules. Our 400iu capsule is a fully vegetarian product, and may be better suited to those who have trouble swallowing capsules, as they are around half the size of this capsule.
