Starflower (Borage) Oil

Also known as Borage Oil, Starflower Oil is a very rich source of fatty acid Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA) at approximately twice the level of Evening Primrose oil.

Its properties have several benefits but Starflower Oil has become popular in recent times for women to take at particular times of the month. Starflower Oil also helps maintain the skin (and the hair and nails) and may be useful for soothing skin irritations.

Starflower Oil is a natural anti-inflammatory, so is often used for joint discomfort, where it is even more effective when taken with fish oils.
