Self Check Menopause Test
A simple and reliable test to determine whether you have had your last period and reached the post-menopause stage. The menopause test detects the human follicle stimulating hormone (a marker for transition into postmenopause).

Collect a sample of urine into a suitable container. Hold the test strip in the collected urine for two to three seconds. After a few seconds remove the strip and put the strip (colour side up) on a flat surface (either the test box or the foil) and read off the result after 10 minutes. If you get a positive test you should repeat the test after a week. Only two positives indicate a post-menopause result.
