Agnus Castus (vitex agnus-castus) is a Mediterranean plant also known as Vitex, Chaste Tree, Chasteberry and Monk's Pepper, the fruit of which contains flavonoids, such as Casticin. SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS
Pregnant and/ or breast-feeding women should consult their doctor before taking this product. Do not use concurrently with hormone therapy.
Swallow one to two Agnus Castus tablets per day on an empty stomach (at the same time each day), or as directed by your health professional. A three months minimum course is recommended, however, some benefit may be evident within around 10 days.
