Hi Simon, as a manager in a software company, I know that 'customer delighting' is the only way to retain loyalty and repeat business, long term. I have used your company twice now, and have been hugely impressed by the quality service received. On both occasions, I have had a 'despatch complete' e-mail back within the hour, and the goods have turned up the following morning. Your product packaging is very innovative, and I do not have to traipse off to the sorting office to collect deliveries (that with other suppliers) would not have fitted through the letter box if nobody was in. I also think your pricing and delivery costs are very fair.

Just to let you know I have received my order which I am chuffed with. These are the first chewable vit c tablets that are actually chewable!! I was truly expecting a vile taste as per the other tablets I have tried but was very plenty surprised... - You can put that on your website :-)

Just wanted to say thank you for your fabulous service! Items were ordered on Friday, received today, Monday morning – and that’s to the Northern Isles (Scotland)! Given our experience with other companies I can honestly say it doesn’t get any better than that! I would also like to say thank you for using Royal Mail – many companies these days use private courier services which tend to charge exorbitant surcharges to all remote areas, which makes life on a small island even more expensive. Royal Mail – so far - charge a flat rate to anywhere in the UK (unlike Parcelforce!) and we think they deserve all our support.

I am most impressed with your magazine 'Just Health' issue 1, and in particular the 'Bones & Joints' special as for many years (I am now in my 75th year) I have suffered with pain in the knees which I attribute to playing rugby a 'few' years ago. Not surprisingly the pain was getting worse with age, so I was pleased to read your article on Page 14 regarding the taking of 'Rosehip' tablets to ease pain from rheumatoid arthritis.
After only a few weeks taking these tablets I have found a marked releif of pain - also I note the Rosehip tablets are a good source of vitamins A,C & E, and they boost the immune system, so I can now enjoy all round good health with virtually pain free walking.
Please find enclosed my order for a further supply of Rosehip tablets as the 'joie de vivre' is even more enjoyable when its pain free.

Just a quick note to say that I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism of your organisation. My goods arrived here in Denmark within 2 days of me placing the order over the internet and the packages were very clearly marked with precise information. In addition they fitted into my postbox (as promised) and you spelled our address correctly - not an easy task as we use additional vowels in Denmark that are not used in English!! I occasionally order books and other items over the internet but I have never had such wonderful customer service.
