Just a quick note to say that I was extremely impressed with the speed and professionalism of your organisation. My goods arrived here in Denmark within 2 days of me placing the order over the internet and the packages were very clearly marked with precise information. In addition they fitted into my postbox (as promised) and you spelled our address correctly - not an easy task as we use additional vowels in Denmark that are not used in English!! I occasionally order books and other items over the internet but I have never had such wonderful customer service. Please pass on my thanks to your Order and Despatch departments for their speedy and thoroughly professional approach to their customers. Very impressive.
