Artichoke (Cynara scolymus) is a member of the thistle family, originating in southern Europe around the Mediterranean.

A diuretic vegetable, it contains the active constituent Cynarin, which causes an increase in bile flow, helping maintain healthy digestion.

Just Vitamins Artichoke provides the equivalent of 11,000mg of Artichoke leaf, from 320mg of Artichoke Standardised Extract, which has been standardised to ensure a minimum 5% of Cynarin (16mg) in each and every tablet.
