Denise is a freelance journalist specialising primarily in health and lifestyle. She has studied Clinical Hypnosis and is an Associate Member of the Guild of Health Writers. She has interviewed people and personalities as diverse as nutrition guru Patrick Holford, Dr Christiaan Barnard, TV chef James Martin, Dr Adam Carey (Celebrity Fit Club panelist and nutrition adviser to the England rugby team), Angela Rippon OBE and actresses Caroline Quentin and Barbara Flynn.
